NYS Covid Guidelines for Weddings may change. We will update this page as new information is available. Contact Information Once we have all RSVPs in, we will reach out to those who are able to attend to gain the information needed for contact tracing. This will include full name, DOB, address, email, and phone number. Negative Covid-19 Test You must receive a NEGATIVE Covid test within 72hrs of April 10th. (Test to be completed 4/7 - 4/10) If test is completed on 4/10, it must be done by 11am. Rapid tests are acceptable. You must have proof of your negative test - the venue WILL be checking (mobile app, email, paper form) upon entering OR you must have proof that you've completed your 2nd round of the Covid-19 vaccine by March 27th.
Keep 6ft of distance from those outside of your immediate family as much as possible. Masks must be worn anytime you are out of your seat. When you are sitting down, you can take your mask off. Getting up to go to the bar, the bathroom, or step outside - you MUST be masked. Dancing IS allowed at the reception. Just like in middle school - leave some room for Jesus. The dance floor is HUGE so please spread out as best you can. If you have any Covid specific questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Matt or Tara. We want everyone to be comfortable on our big day.
Rapid testing can be acquired at the following locations: For Monroe County Residents https://www.monroecounty.gov/health-covid-19-testing For Out of State Residents Walgreens has rapid testing available - results within 24 hours. Tests can be scheduled 3 days before desired test date. https://www.walgreens.com/ We suggest you review the information above well in advance of the wedding to have a better understanding of the appointment scheduling process.
Please RSVP via this website by March 15th
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Not at this time. However, Uber or Lift is always an option if you plan on enjoying yourself at the open bar!
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
We love your kids, but would prefer our wedding to be your night off!
Please arrive before 4:45pm to ensure you have enough time to "check in" with all of your Covid information!
