The only time Mark has ever half-assed a workout was at the Pacers Run Club in DC. He found it in him to slow his pace down so he could chat with Tara during the social runs. And that's where it all started! He hasn't run that slow since. Four years, a cross-country move, and one baby later: we're officially tying the knot!
