Please RSVP by no later than August 20th (one month prior to the wedding).
Since the ceremony will be beginning at 5:00pm, we ask that you arrive no later than 4:45 to limit distractions.
Naples Wedding Barn has 250 parking spaces right next to the barn. That being said, vehicles cannot be left overnight. The gates will be locked at midnight and remain locked at all other times.
No, both will be held at the same site.
For now, the ceremony is planned to happen outdoors and the reception will be indoors. However, in the case of rain, the ceremony can be held inside the barn at the same facility.
Yes! The barn has very nice indoor bathrooms that can be used for the entirety of the wedding.
After much consideration, we have decided to not serve alcohol at the wedding in order to afford other wedding experiences that we could not do without. There is a strict no tolerance policy for illegal drugs and substances (including marijuana) and if broken, we run the risk of having the wedding shut down on the spot. Tobacco and nicotine is permitted only at the designated smoking areas.
Anytime before the ceremony or during the reception. We kindly ask you to refrain from taking cell phone pictures during our actual ceremony to not limit the visibility of our photographers and other guests. If any cell phone pictures are posted to social media, please use the hashtag #ToMorrowAndForever so the bride and groom can easily see how you captured our special day.
While we would love to have your kids join us, we kindly ask that no children under the age of 14 years old attend. Due to space limitations, cost, and to limit any unnecessary distractions, we've chosen to make our wedding adults only. This is your opportunity to get a babysitter or family member to watch your young ones so you may fully enjoy the evening with us.
