Thank you for visiting our wedding website! Throughout the site, you’ll find event info and answers to any questions you may have. We are so excited to celebrate with you in the near future, and we figured it’s only right to share the story of our past, that brought us here. We both grew up in the same town of Woodbridge, Ontario, and first crossed paths in a Tamil language class in grade 7. Being that age, everyone in the class probably spent some time learning, but most of the time we were laughing and joking with our classmates. We were no exception - who knew that years later, we’d be sharing this story as we welcome you to our wedding?! Fast forward to the first day of high school. Coincidentally both of our older brothers, Patterston and Raj, were already really close friends. Throughout high school we grew a strong and steadfast friendship. Although we had our own independent friend groups, we maintained a close bond and always enjoyed each other’s company. The summer after graduating high school we spent a lot of time together. We went from spending hours laughing together, to sharing our life goals and dreams with each other. At this point, we knew we were “the one” for each other. Through the last 8 years, we have not only grown a beautiful relationship with each other but have also created a loving relationship with each other’s families. We and our families have both embraced each other's cultures and are so excited to see what our future holds. After all, our shared values of love, kindness, and appreciation for family is the glue that holds us all together!
