Important Airport Information

The airports we strongly recommend that are closest to the hotel and venue are either Newark International Airport (EWR) or Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Newark Airport is the closest airport, an approximate 45 minute drive to the hotels depending on traffic. Philadelphia airport is an approximate 1 hour and 15 minute drive depending on traffic. While New York has additional airports such as LaGuardia and JFK, these are not as convenient and can be challenging/traffic-heavy/long drives. We DO NOT recommend flying into these airports. We have reserved hotel rooms for both Friday 9/5/25 and Saturday 9/6/25. PRO TIPS FOR AFFORDABLE FLIGHTS: Only search for flights using a "Private Browser" or "Incognito Mode" on your web browser as this can actually lower airfares! Airlines actually use your browsing history to increase fares if they know you have been searching elsewhere. While in your private browser, cross-check any flights you find with "Google Flights." Sometimes Google Flights has lower fares for the exact same flights listed on airlines' websites.

CAR RENTAL/RIDESHARE INFO

It is, of course, entirely up to guests to determine if they wish to rent a car or rely on rideshares during their stay. To make an informed decision, please see price breakdowns below! Rideshare/cabs to and from EWR cost approximately $85-$120 each way. Rideshare/cabs to and from PHL cost approximately $140-$170 each way. Once you arrive to the hotels, Uber is locally available but might take anywhere from 5-20 minutes to arrive. If you opt to rely on rideshares during your stay, we recommend you schedule your ride for your return flight ahead of time, as this will likely give you a lower rate. If you elect to rent a car, we recommend downloading the "Turo" app for great rates. Tara and Jessica have used Turo many times while travelling due to their excellent rates (yes, it's legit!). Turo has cars available for pick-up and drop-off at or near each airport. The prices for Turo car rentals for the duration of the wedding weekend (depending on the car) will likely cost less than or equal to the roundtrip rates from the airport if you were using Rideshares. Of course, other rental car services such as Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis are available at each airport. We also we recommend comparing rates through third-parties like Expedia and Hopper!
