There is a hotel block booked at the Compass Hotel, or I would check out the local air bnbs.

There is valet parking at the venue for the ceremony / reception (they are at the same place).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a trolley service provided to and from the wedding from the hotel, yes.
