Me and Jason have known each other for as long as I can remember!! Going to the same church when we were younger and even when we parted ways we stayed in touch over the years! In 2019 is when we really connected and became very close and helped each other through some of our toughest times! I knew he always liked me, but I wasnt willing to give him a chance and kept him in the “friend zone” for about 7 years 😅. Then one day in August of 2020, I decided to give him a chance and the rest is history!! I cannot wait to see what the future holds and what God has in store for us!

Let me start off by saying that Jason is a very impatient person lol! He tried to propose to me 2 times before he actually did it for real 🤣 crazy right?!? I knew he wanted to propose but the time wasnt right. He threw me off by saying he would NEVER propose on Valentine’s Day…but here we are…he proposed on Valentine’s Day of 2021! It was a snowy morning and he told me he wanted to pick me up for church which I found weird, why not just ride with my parents? But he was adamant on picking me up! So I finally said “fine” lol. He blind folded me with a mask, cause you know, the pandemic 🙄 lol. I already knew he had a gift for me, but when I took the mask off, and there was the ring, my gift (chocolate covered strawberries and a teddy bear) and the love of my life on one knee!! Of course I told him to stop, but i promise it was a “oh my gosh this is really happnening stop” lol. We tried to capture the moment, but the phone got blown over by the wind and it was just a special moment we spent between me and him ❤️
