CAN MY CHILDREN COME?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1, 2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to be seated for the 4:00pm ceremony.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same location (the Wilmot Rod & Gun Club). Address: 2607 Bleams Rd, New Hamburg, ON N3A 3K2. Everything will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be under a pavilion.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

There will be a bus back to Baden, New Hamburg, and Tavistock at the end of the night. Please indicate on your RSVP if you would like to ride the bus back at the end of the night (more details to come - likely one bus to Tavistock with 1 stop in central locations in Baden and New Hamburg).

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes, the drinks are on us, please party accordingly!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal & semi-formal.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Answer

There is parking available behind the pavilion. Overnight parking is available. If you choose to leave your car overnight, you must pick it up by 12:00pm the next day (August 17).
