Tara & Haley Sunrise Hike
3:00 am - 8:00 am
Celebrating our last adventure as fiancées with a private sunrise hike the morning before our ceremony!
Tara & Haley will meet photographers in parking lot at 04:30am; return home at approx. 10:30am.
Quick “Rehearsal”
3:30 pm
Quick run through of ceremony events-we only have approx. an hour for ceremony + photos. (3-4pm; ~40 min drive back to airbnb to let catering company in by 5pm)

Hair & Makeup
7:00 am - 9:45 am
Tara & Haley will be having hair & makeup done one at a time, making sure to stay away from one another to not ruin the surprise of our first looks. Although our ceremony isn’t until mid afternoon, we would love if you mingled among us both as we are getting ready totally separate. We are expected to be 90% ready by the time the videographer & photographer arrive around 10/10:30am.
Private first-look & vows
11:45 am - 1:30 pm
[Heidi will drive Haley & Cindy will drive Tara separately] Leave at 11:45am to drop off Tara & Haley for first look at 12:00.
Ceremony (~30-40 min away)
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Semi-formal attire
Meeting location: Austin Pass Parking Lot https://maps.app.goo.gl/sZFcTdoWMG8QKorq7 Meet photographers in parking lot @ 02:30pm; Tara & Haley walk into ceremony @ 03:00pm. 03:30-04:00pm Quick Celebration! Group & individual photos with you all 04:00pm you all head back to airbnb to let caterer in @ 05:00pm Remember: this is an outdoor ceremony w/ paved & non paved trails, please dress accordingly.
