When do I need to book my room by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, first trolley will begin picking up the guests at the hotel (Aloft Mooresville) promptly at 4:45pm and additional will follow until 5:15pm. Trolley will return guests to the hotel at the end of the night as well.

No, they are not. This is an adults only event.
