The Wedding Website of Tara Brown and David Dennison
Question

What is the Dress Code for the wedding?

Answer

Resort chic: the attire is all about looking stylish and comfortable while enjoying your vacation. The important thing is to be comfortable in the Caribbean sun. There are no particular colors that are off-limits and we are not requiring a special attire. Be comfortable!!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please click the RSVP tab on this website and respond prior to April 5, 2025 for our planning purposes. If you do not pay your room balance in full by August 10 you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you; however, we must provide a final exact guest count to Sandals and cannot accept late RSVP's after the final payment deadline.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please be sure to notify Nicole so she can cancel your reservations by August 10th for a full refund. After August 10 you will be subject to a penalty and will only receive a partial refund.

Question

Can I bring a date/friend?

Answer

Yes, Sandals is a couple’s resort, and ALL bookings are based on double occupancy, so a guest is expected. Because Sandals is couples only, they only provide King beds in all rooms. If you desire two queen beds, then you will need to make your reservations at their sister property, Beaches, which will provide a shuttle back and forth or is walkable along the beach.

Question

Are kids Invited?

Answer

We love the little kiddies! However, Sandals is an Adults-only property. We encourage you to use this event as a vacation if possible because kids are not invited.

Question

If I attend the wedding, do I have to stay at Sandals or Beaches?

Answer

No, you can stay off property at a location of your choice, but you will have to pay for a Sandal’s Event or Full Day pass to attend the welcome dinner, wedding, and reception. The wedding day Event pass is $150/person to attend all wedding activities arriving one hour before the ceremony start time and an All-day pass is $280 each full day (10:00AM-12:00PM) you come on the resort. The day passes will give you access to all Sandals amenities including all watersports, restaurants and bars during your time on the resort. These passes can be paid via credit card by contacting our wedding planner Nicole Gaskin. This is only for wedding guests staying at another property!

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

4:00PM

Question

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

The location for each event are as follows: Wedding Ceremony - Paradise Gazebo Garden - 4:00PM - 5:00PM Cocktail Hour - Brava Beach and Gazebo - 5:00PM - 6:00PM Wedding Reception - Cabana Beach - 6:00PM - 9:00PM **In the event of rain, an alternate location will be given on the wedding day.**

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

All guests will meet in front of Perla Restaurant at 3:20PM. You will be escorted to the Ceremony site.
