Tara & Connor met going into Freshman year at Saint Ignatius College Prep. Tara thought Connor was a cutie from the moment she met him (maybe because he was at least 6 in. taller than the other Freshman boys), but they became and remained close friends throughout high school. They always had a lot in common, felt comfortable talking to each other, and enjoyed spending time together. One spring Friday night their Junior Year, when the rest of their friends were busy and they just wanted to "do something chill" like go to the movies, a solo trip to see the Titanic changed everything...they didn't start dating right then and there, but they both noticed a little spark or different type of connection that night. They texted more often for a bit after that, exchanged one awkward kiss a couple weeks later, and quickly stopped with that more-than-friends business for awhile. They finally started dating Senior Year, and the rest was history... How could they not have seen it coming?? From Tara's best friend Amanda insisting Freshman Year that Tara and Connor would date by the end of high school (despite Tara's scoffs & denial), to the boys basketball team chanting "Tara Cronin" during one of Tara's games when they were "talking" but not even dating yet. Tara & Connor were meant to be together, and not even colleges in different states or 10 years of highs, lows, and personal changes could stop that. They are the loves of each other's lives, and they can't wait to make it official through marriage.
