Cocktail attire is preferred! We consider it a step above semi-formal, though not as formal as black-tie optional or black-tie.
On our home page you can find a breakdown of locations and times for the ceremony, cocktail hour/ reception, as well as the after party. Direction cards will be provided in invitations to both the church (if you choose to attend), and the reception venue. The church ceremony will be roughly 1 hour long. Since the reception venue is 45 minutes from the church, we will be having a buffer period of time for guests who come to the church to travel and check into the hotel, relax, have a drink and get ready for the party! If you are only attending the reception you will still have plenty of time to check into the hotel prior if you are staying over.
Yes! We have a 49-person bus that will be making two trips from the hotel area to West Hills for cocktail hour. At the end of the evening, that same shuttle will be making two trips back from the venue to the hotel area. Guests staying at either hotel are able to utilize the shuttle as the hotels share a parking lot.
Yes! If you choose to come directly to West Hills they have a nice sized parking lot with plenty of parking.
While we love photos, we would really like our guests to be present in the moment during our ceremony! Additionally, limiting the amount of cell phones in our professional photos would be preferred. We have a wonderful photography team who will be capturing the amazing moments for us to show our family and friends.
