When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 15th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure everyone gets seated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome. There’s a play set at venue and lots of room to run around outside.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, just be sure to RSVP for them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know ahead of time of any allergies or requests and we will do our best to accommodate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is small town Iowa, and is not some black tie affair. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There’s is plenty of parking at venue! When arriving to the venue there is a large parking area to the east of the barn

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to the Best Western Hotel at the end of the night. If unable to drive at the end of reception, PLEASE let us know and we will arrange for you to get home safely.
