When we met, we were so unsure of where this would lead...… we both came into this broken yet needing something from the other. We are extremely like minded and have the same goals in life. Our families basically grew over night to 9 members. The adjustment took a minute and was worth every second. Through this period is when we realized the love was real! You look your entire life for that one, for that always and forever, in our cases let's just say it took a couple more than one...… Lol Alex say's you have 3 loves in your life time, I can't tell you his story but here is mine. I disagree because I have only had 2. Two completely different types of love to say the least! Everyone has that puppy love, the one that gives you butterflies and the one that makes sleeping impossible. And then there is true love, intimate love, adult love, strong love, soul shaking love! I had the puppy love and let me tell you, it can't TOUCH true love. It has been three years, and I still count the hours until we get home. I look forward to weekends, I love planning our future, I enjoy talking about our likes and dislikes, discussing our goals and most importantly spending time with the kids, I LOVE doing it all with Alex by myside. I still get the butterflies, I want to cook for him, comfort him, build him up. We don't argue, we don't have fights. Don't get me wrong, we have disagreements or times we need to take a breath (in separate rooms LMBO) but this adult love is SOOOO different. It's comforting, it's real, it's kind, it's not complicated, it's enjoyable. If this is how it will feel for the rest of my life with Alexander, than I definitely want to be his always and forever! <3
