Use the "view" link below to book a hotel room, no later than May 27th, 2023. You may also call (877) 901-6632 to book. Guests are advised to park in Beaubien Garage, which offers in-and-out privileges to hotel guests for a flat rate of $25 per day, and can be charged to guestrooms. Valet parking is also available for $30 daily/$40 overnight. Check-in time is at 4pm, we urge all guests to request a early check in in order to make the second shuttle time.

The shuttle will run two times from the hotel to the venue. First will leave the hotel at 3:15pm. Second will leave the hotel at 4:15 PM. To go back to the hotel there will be three pick up times. First will leave the venue at 9:30. Second will leave the venue at 10:30. Last shuttle will leave the venue at 11:30.
