When Should I RSVP by?

As soon as possible, 6/23/24 by the latest!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you would like to join us for cocktails and appetizers before the ceremony, 6:15pm. We ask all guests to arrive by 6:45pm to be seated for the ceremony starting at 7pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited although there is plenty of available street parking around the Venue. We recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to and from Hotels.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, but the venue will be open to only those 18 and older.

Hive properties is a no-smoking building!

Answer

Smoking of any kind will NOT be permitted inside, on the roof, or outside within 15 feet of the building. Hive Properties will charge the credit card on file a $1,000 fee if anyone is caught breaking this rule. A.K.A. If you are caught smoking outside of the designated area you will receive a $1,000 Venmo Request from Mr. Paul Taplin! Thank you so much for your understanding, we appreciate it!
