FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not addressed here please contact me (Krystal) or Jesse directly.
Question

What time should I arrive to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 pm since our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, if the guest name is not listed on the invitations we sent out we are not able to accommodate them. We have limited seats for dinner and will have a seating chart and place cards for all invited guests only.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to budget/space constraints we ask that only adults attend. This is an 18+ wedding only. The only child you will see at our wedding is David, my (Krystal's) little brother, since he is my brother and will be the ring bearer.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

During our cocktail hour (immediately following our ceremony) there will be an open bar. During dinner there will be a couple glasses of complimentary wine and champagne for the toasts. Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, after dinner the bar will become a cash bar only. Please plan accordingly.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available and completely complimentary. There is plenty of parking at our venue, and if the lot gets filled there is also a complimentary overflow lot right across from it.

Question

Will transportation be needed and provided?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at the same venue so no transportation will be necessary. However, from the parking lot there will be a complimentary cart that can bring guests to the ceremony site. This should help any guests who don't want to walk or have difficulty walking to the ceremony site. Additionally, if you booked to stay at Hotel Sierra Vista (Marriott Springhill Suits) there will be a complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel and our venue. Please reach out to me (Krystal) or Jesse if you want to know more about this.

Question

What if I can no longer make it to the wedding?

Answer

If you think you will no longer be able to make it to the wedding we ask that you please let us know before Monday 9/22. We understand life happens, but because we are paying for each person attending our wedding dinner, if you can't make it we would greatly appreciate you telling us beforehand.

Question

Can I change my meal option?

Answer

We are hoping that you selected the option you wanted during the RSVP process. If you've since changed your mind, please reach out to me (Krystal) or Jesse directly to let us know. Once it reaches 9/20/25 there will be no more changing your entre option.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, with trees and a nearby building providing some shade. The cocktail hour will be indoors, with an outdoor balcony available. The reception will be indoors.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, you can access our registry from our website that you're on right now! Just navigate to the page titled "Registry" and you will find it there. Please reach out if you have any difficulty with this. Many of you have told us you'd rather gift us a card or gift in person. That's completely okay if that is your preference. We will have a card box and a spot for gifts at our wedding reception as well.

Question

Would you prefer money or a gift for your wedding gift?

Answer

While either option is very sweet and would be appreciated, we are in a transitional state with school, jobs, and our overall plans for our future. Money would probably be most ideal, but all the gifts on our registry are things we either really want or need; in summary, we'd be extremely happy with either but funding our future and honeymoon trip would be most ideal. With that said, we have a couple funds you can contribute to on our registry page. These funds will go directly into what they state they are for. Please visit the registry page for more information.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, from our understanding there should be complete accessibility for those with wheelchairs. Please reach out to us if any of you need accommodations so we can make sure everything is in order before that day.
