We met way back in 2007 at our church's youth group when we were both in high school. Being typical homeschoolers we did not talk much. 10 years later when Sharon came back from college, we worked to start back up that same youth group, and five years of ministry, young adult Christmas parties, VBS weeks, and various other church events later, Aaron finally asked Sharon out, and, as they say, the rest is history!

After much planning and thought Aaron took Sharon to the Deep Cut Gardens, in Middletown NJ. They walked around and Aaron asked her to marry him in the little gazebo in the rose garden.
