What is the Wedding Weekend Schedule?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special weekend with you! Here is what you can expect: Friday: Our festivities begins with a joint Hurdee Ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing. Saturday: The day will begin with our traditional wedding ceremony, followed by canapés and refreshments for guests. Saturday Evening: We will conclude the celebrations with a festive reception. This will be an evening of dinner, dancing and cherished moments with our favourite people.

Hurdee Ladies: Formal Easternwear Gentlemen: Formal Easternwear or Formal Westernwear Wedding Ceremony Ladies: Formal Easternwear Gentlemen: Formal Easternwear or Formal Westernwear Reception: Ladies and Gentlemen: Formal Easternwear or Formal Westernwear (Dress to impress- it’s a celebration!) Please note that a room will be available for you to change in prior to the start of the reception, should you be unable to leave the venue to change.

Please note that a designated drop-off zone is available at the venue, with parking provided at the Chapel on the premises.

Please note vegetarian food will be served at all events. If you are vegan or gluten free please contact Sayuri to inform her of your dietary requirements.
