Unfortunately, we can only accommodate the guests that we explicitly sent invitations to.
The wedding ceremony and reception will have a "Beach Cocktail/Semi-formal" dress code. Men should wear a button-down shirt that is breathable with dressy pants (no shorts or blue jeans!) and close-toed shoes; jackets and ties are optional, and prints on the shirt, tie, or jacket can be fun additions to the outfit. Women should wear a semi-formal dress, like a maxi or midi, as well as a jumpsuit/romper or dressy separates; vibrant colors or subtle prints are allowed. Women may wear low heels, wedges, or dressy flats for shoes (remember that you need to be able to walk on sand). We encourage our guests to wear shoes or sandals during the ceremony, but shoes will be optional during the reception.
If you cannot or do not want to stay at the resort, that is totally OK. Just be aware that every guest who does not stay at the resort needs to buy a "Wedding Pass" in cash to attend the wedding festivities that costs $1,300 MXN or about $80 USD depending on exchange rate. The pass does entitle you to any food and drinks you want before the festivities begin.
We have hired a photographer to take plenty of pictures and video of the ceremony. The ceremony will be a Catholic Wedding, so we ask that you turn your phone to silent and keep it put away until the ceremony is finished.
As much as we love your little ones we have decided to have a kid-free wedding.
