Piet and Michael met in third year college when Piet decided to transfer and join the Durham College volleyball team. Piet and Michael became close while volunteering together and have been best friends ever since. Since College Piet and Michael have been on many adventures together including Nashville, Cuba, Arizona, Domiciano, and Thailand. Rumour has it you can still catch Piet playing on the Durham College volleyball team today.

Allison is not only Tanya's younger sister but also one of Tanya's best friends. She is one of the kindest people you will meet and can have a conversation with anyone. At the wedding Allison and her Husband will be making sure everyone is on the dance floor all night long.
Jeremy Hoekstra

Jeremy is one of Michael's closest friends. They became friends through their love of volleyball in college. They've also shared adventures including Thailand and Arizona where they made unforgettable memories (and probably a few questionable decisions). When he’s not hanging out with the guys Jeremy is a real-life hero, working as a firefighter.
Alyssa Ryde

Alyssa and Tanya became friends in their last years of college. They are not sure when they became close but one day they were buying NHL Detroit vs Chicago Tickets and have been best mates since! Alyssa is the friend that will always show up to events with two sour beers, one for herself and one for Michael.
Dan Popovic

Michael met Dan in College and become close friends during their volleyball days. After college Dan worked at the local pub where he made sure Michael always had cold beer and a full plate of wings. Dan is also one of the original Mounties traveling to Arizona yearly and making the 4am sprint of his life to ensure all his friends have front row seats at hole 16 at the Waste Management.

Taylor and Tanya met in college. Taylor is the friend that is always down for any day trip to a market, waterfall, Ikea or winners. She is also the friend that captures every moment to make sure you can look back on all the memories shared. At the wedding you will be able to count on Taylor capturing all the memories on camera.
Tyler Rand

Tyler is Tanya's younger brother and like most younger brothers enjoys joking around and teasing Tanya. Although Tanya would never tell Tyler to his face, he is her comedic relief, and she enjoys when he is around. At the wedding you will be able to catch Tyler on the dance floor or making fun of Tanya with the Rand cousins.

Allison is Michael's older sister and has been able to watch Michael grow from an annoying younger brother into the incredible person he is today. Allison and her Husband live out West and will be making the trip for the special day brining some of Michael's favorite out west beers!

Allan is Michael's brother-in-law and the go to person when we have any questions about our cars. Allan is not just a brother-in-law but also one of the guys! Allan has been a Mountie sharing in the Arizona adventures and racing to the 16th hole.
