Question

What are the current vaccine requirements for Disney Cruise Line?

Answer

As of August 13, 2022, Disney Cruise Line continues to require all vaccine-eligible Guests (based on US eligibility requirements) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), at the time of sailing. This is a requirement for all Guests (US and international) ages 5 and older. Fully vaccinated Guests on sailings departing US and Canadian ports must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (paid for by the Guest) taken no more than 2 days before setting sail to be exempt from embarkation testing at the terminal. Guests ages 4 and under, who are not vaccine-eligible because of age, must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (paid for by a parent or guardian) taken no more than 3 days before their sail date. Children ages 4 and under will also be required to complete a test at the terminal prior to embarkation (paid for by Disney Cruise Line). Visit https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/why-cruise-disney/experience-updates/us/ for further information.

Question

What Is The Ceremony Dress Code?

Answer

Our ceremony on Castaway Cay will be short and sweet, so there is no need to get dressed in your evening best. We kindly ask that no swimsuits are worn during the ceremony, however, casual dress shorts or khaki pants and breezy sundresses will fit the occasion perfectly. As we will be on the beach, shoes are optional! :-)

Question

Will We Miss Out On Exploring Castaway Cay Since That Is Where You are Getting Married?

Answer

The simple answer- No! One of the reasons we chose to go with a Disney Cruise Line wedding is because they understand the importance of enjoying the rest of your vacation without wanting to cut into too much relaxation time! Our entire ceremony (including our vows on the beach and a cake and champagne toast back on the ship) is expected to take about two hours total and last from about 10am to 12pm. This will leave you with plenty of time to make a quick change into your bathing suit before heading back to the island to explore, swim, snorkel, and more!

Question

How Do We Let Disney Cruise Line Know That We Are Traveling As Part Of Your Wedding?

Answer

The simplest way to let Disney Cruise Line know that you are traveling with us as our wedding guests is to call to book your reservation. When speaking with the cruise vacation agent, you can provide them with our names and reservation number (40284583).
