FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Can I bring my child/children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adult only wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that you adhere to a formal dress code, black tie optional - means you are welcome to go all out, but not required! You can also refer to the 'what to wear' section for more information! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing the colours soft/baby blue (navy or dark blue is fine), and obviously any shades of white for the ladies!

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Everything will be held indoors! No need to worry about the weather!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony and phones on silent. We have a professional photographer and someone on video duty to capture all the special moments and we promise to share the photos with you! Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like... just make sure to share with us after!

Question

What time does the ceremony start and when should I arrive by?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Our ceremony will begin promptly at four in the afternoon. Please arrive no earlier than 3:30 (as the venue will be getting decorated and we will be getting ready!) and no later than 3:50 to be seated. If you arrive after the ceremony start time you will not be able to be seated and we ask that you kindly rejoin us for cocktail hour at 4:30!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is the first of September 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Lots! As parking is limited in front of the venue, we suggest parking in the public & free lot down the street. There are over 400 spots located off of Albert St. (Yes past the Home Hardware). It is just two blocks away. Watch for private parking signs as we have neighbouring businesses who reserve these for customers!
