We’re getting married!!

We met in 2009 in Las Vegas, NM. Not knowing that we'd end up here 16 years later. Tanya always knew there was something special about Herman and could tell that he was different, kind and caring even if he tried to play the to too cool for school football player. Although time and states drifted them apart after college, they kept a close eye on each other. Always watching (stalking) over the years. Tanya got the courage to slide into his DMs on Instagram after many years of no communication (and a pandemic) and they ended up talking for days, getting reacquainted and unknowingly starting their love story. Tanya built up the courage to go see him in New Mexico to see if the phone conversations lead into an in person connection -- well it did... and little did they know, this is where they were meant to be. They started seeing each other a few times a month, going on mini vacations and driving back and forth between AZ and NM. A few months later Herman made it official and introduced Tanya to his 3 wonderful kids, Naci, Dom and Emmi and she quickly fell in LOVE with them. They spent the last 2.5 years traveling back and forth going on vacations and working to make their connection strong. When they started meeting each others families their love for each other and the family members they've met just kept growing. After spending so much time with each other and family members they knew that this was meant to be. They always say to each other in college the timing wasn't right and they came into each others lives at the right time, when they needed to be loved and when they were ready to love. In July 2024 Herman announced to their families that he was going to propose in November -- and NO Tanya had no idea!!!! The day had come for the proposal, Tanya's family and best friends went to Tucson to set up the surprise. Tanya and Herman were on the way down to Tucson to what she thought was a Friendsgiving at a fancy steakhouse (which she still hasn't gone to). Herman was doing his best to stall his future fiancé, However she is pretty hard to knock off schedule. Finally, we arrived to Tucson with the BIG surprise of the proposal - Family and Friends came in from all over and he got down on one knee as popped the question. Tanya responded "are you sure?" and then said YES! We can't wait to celebrate our LOVE with all our friends and family.
