We're getting married!

In the winter of November 2014 I, Tanya embarked on my first missionary trip with New Life Christian Fellowship in the Dominican Republics. During my time there I spent many days and hours with my fellow missionaries performing surgeries at Hospital Ricardo Limardo to women in need of abdominal and pelvic tumor removal. Upon completing a week of surgery our missionary group was treated to, two nights at the Lifestyle Resort located in Puerto Plata. We arrived to our resort and was elated to have some time to relax and unwind. Later that evening the ladies from the missionary group and myself made our way to the hotels night club for some fun. While dancing and having a good time a tall dark handsome gentleman in bright yellow slacks reached his hands out asking for a dance. Cory & I danced the night away; dancing and laughing the entire time. The night came to an end, we parted and exchange room numbers in hopes to hang out the very next day. Cory was at the resort with his guys for a bachelor party and was having the time of his life. The next day we both kept missing each others call and unfortunately didn't see each other again. While leaving the resort at 4am I decided to send my phone number to his room, I mean he seem like the perfect gentlemen. All of the missionaries and myself jumped in a van that carried us 2 hours away to the airport. As we started heading back home, boarding the flight my phone rang and it was Cory :) This phone call change our lives forever.
