When should I RSVP by?

Is the venue hard to find?

Answer

Moderately. There is zero cell service at the venue, this is truly an unplugged wedding! Please upload your gps directions prior to exiting off highway 99. It is about 5 miles of gravel road, but there will be signs leading the way

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend allotting extra time and arriving by 4:15pm if you are driving, as Reber’s Riverside is down a very long gravel road. But don’t worry, the bar will be open!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be past the barn in the large grass field in front of the bridge/creek. There will be lots of signage pointing you in the right direction.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn & Suites and the McMinnville Inn for anyone that is interested. We also recommend looking into the Atticus Hotel, McMenamins Hotel Oregon, Airbnb, or VRBO near Mcminnville Or Carlton Oregon. Camping at the venue is also an option! Bring your own tent or follow the link to a trailer and RV rental website under the “travel” tab.
