Travel Note

Hotel Shuttle

There will be a shuttle available to take guests to and from the hotels located in Cranberry/Mars. It will provide 2 trips to the venue, and 2 trips back to the hotels at the end of the night. Each shuttle will have 24 available spots total (between both hotels), so seats will be very limited. In the event that all seats fill at the first hotel location, it will not stop at the second location to pick up guests. Pickup times at hotels: 2PM & 3PM (arrival times to venue - 2:30PM & 3:30PM) Pickup times at venue: 9:30PM & 10:30PM (arrival times to hotels - 10:00PM & 11:00PM)
