Cowboy Cocktail with a Southern Twist --- Ladies, think garden-ready: flowy dresses, soft prints, and spring colors. Gents, mix a bit of cowboy with your cocktail — boots, western hats, nice pants, and a sport coat. Boots encouraged, neckties optional (but a bolo wouldn’t hurt)! Need inspiration? Spring Haven Mansion does NOT have onsite parking. We ask that all guests choosing to drive themselves to park at Old Hickory Credit Union/KinderCare (543 E. Main Street | Hendersonville, TN 37075). You will see Spring Haven parking signs upon arrival. The Spring Haven Shuttle will begin running from the parking lot to the venue at 4:00 PM CDT, and run continuously until the 4:45 PM CDT. Following dinner, the shuttle will run continuously between the venue and the parking lot for guests. Shuttle time is approximately 1 minute.
Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis may drop off and pickup directly from the venue (1 Spring Haven Court | Hendersonville, TN). Arrival: Please plan to arrive by 4:45 PM CDT. Departure: The celebration will conclude around 10:15 PM CDT.
We love all of your little ones! However, our venue cannot accommodate everyone’s children. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, and kids. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
