Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who will stand by our side on our special day.

Abby Hall

Maid of Honor

If you know us, then you know that our friendship (sisterhood?) is REALLY special. We've been friends since 1st grade. Abby is one of those friends that you can go months without seeing one another and pick right back up where things left off when you meet up again. She's very outspoken, but keeps me on my toes. Always makes me laugh. Knows how to make me feel loved. Everyone, meet Abby!

Katherine Lee

Matron of Honor

Katie! Katie and I were in youth group band in high school; however, our friendship didn't start until freshman year of college. During finals week actually. Something about a calculus final blossoms a friendship. Who made the better grade? Probably Katie. She's an engineer. Eventually, we became roommates in college. Katie and I spent late nights sharing popcorn and watching Disney movies in bed while we avoided studying. Favorite Disney movie? Mulan II. Katie is so genuine and creative. She's good with a paint brush, camera, and Excel spreadsheets. Everyone, meet Katie!

Kendall Higdon

Bridesmaid

I always introduce Kendall as my "cool" friend. Because SHE IS. She's working to become a pilot and fly commercial planes. Cool, right? Why didn't I think of that? Kendall & I met sophomore year of college. We both talk about how our friendship truly came from the Lord. Kendall and I were both struggling to find our "friend group" in college. In a chance to get out and meet new people, we were a part of a Lunch Bunch group that was put on by the church we both went to. We were set up AT RANDOM to eat lunch together on campus. The rest is history. Kendall is supportive and driven. But, she's also adventurous and sometimes we are so similar it's scary. Everyone, meet Kendall!

Jenna Brittain

Bridesmaid

Jenna and I have so many hilarious memories, from rolling on the ground and singing Beyonce to being VIP at a Ben Rector concert. There are SO many fun stories. What I love about Jenna is that we are somewhat polar opposites. If you know me, I'm super competitive at literally anything. Jenna? She's go with the flow, more "here to have a good time." I love that about her. We were roommates freshman and sophomore year of college. What a time to build a friendship! I was the designated "bug squasher" and she was the designated "ukele player." At that time in our lives we were growing and changing so much, and I cherish every minute we had together. Everyone, meet Jenna!

Madison Hadley

Bridesmaid

Madison is SUCH a special person. We've gone to school together since kindergarten, but I feel like our friendship never truly begin until SENIOR YEAR of high school. I think one day we just realized how alike we were and how similar our personalities were. That, and we both have a deep passion for SHANIA TWAIN. Picture this: Middle school Peyton at a sleepover. Headphones in. Ipod nano on shuffle, listening to Shania Twain. Madison comes up to me at said sleepover and asked what I was listening too. I said, "Shania Twain." And then, I think we talked for another 20 minutes about how awesome Shania Twain. And nothing has changed since middle school. Everyone, meet Madison!

Katelyn Simpkins

Bridesmaid

Katelyn, my girl. What a special human. If you know Katelyn, then you know that she does NOT have a negative bone in her body. Katelyn I met in freshman year. Chem 2. We stressed over balancing chemical equations and the ideal gas law, dreaming of the day we would become future doctors. And now here we are! We are both in medical school together now, and I've loved seeing our relationship build and grow throughout college and now medical school. One of my favorite memories with Katelyn is when we went to the Biltmore during fall break. Sure the Biltmore was beautiful, but the best part? Listening to all 12 episodes of the Serial podcast during the car ride and seeing a Pete Lee comedy stand-up for $19 in the back of a taco shop! Everyone, meet Katelyn!

Morgan Horsley

Bridesmaid

Hello, future Sister #1!!! It was 7 years ago when I first became Tanner's girlfriend, and Morgan was the older sister I HAD to leave a good impression on. The intimidating thing for 14 year old Peyton was that Morgan was and still is SO COOL. She gives great advice. Always has the coolest stories and experiences. The only person I know who can whip together a wedding in 5 months. Worked for Universal Studios. Just all around such a cool person and I'm so excited to have an older sister. Everyone, meet Morgan!

Ashley Lloyd

Bridesmaid

Hello, future Sister #2!!! I still can't believe I get not 1 but 2 new sisters. Ashley was there on Tanner and I's very first "date." And by date I mean, Tanner and I went to Chick-Fil-A with Ashley and his mom. Ashley and I share so many similar passions like painting, singing the Soprano 1 part, and photography. One of my favorite memories with Ashley is when I was going to ask Tanner to prom one night after church. She hopped in the car with me after church, and we raced back to her house to set up for the "prom-posal." As we pulled up, Ashley could not find the spare key to her house. I was slightly freaking out because I knew Tanner might be home any minute. Somehow Ashley managed to get us into the back door and everything went as according to plan! Everyone, meet Ashley!

Elsie Mattox

Flower Girl

Meet the special princess of our special day! This is Elsie a.k.a. the cutest flower girl you ever did see. Fun fact: Elsie's dad was the ring bearer in my mother's wedding and now his DAUGHTER is the flower girl in my wedding!!!

Nathan Smith

Groomsman

Nathan Smith a.k.a. Impeached BCM President, Chick-Fil-A Manager, and Certified Best Hugger I have ever met. I once described Nathan as "A teddy bear that you can't decide to get rid of our not" but he's definitely one of those friends you want to stick around. He's genuinely loyal and caring and has even given me tough love when I needed it. We have shared so many waffle house meals that we know each other's usual order by heart(Coffee, Water, All-Star, scrambled, bacon, grits w/cheese, regular waffle). He can always make my day brighter and has always been a great listening ear. He's a solid brother in Christ. Everyone, meet Nathan!

Trey Hopper

Groomsman

Hop! Even though I rarely call him by his preferred nickname(Trey), Hopper has stuck around through the years. Trey and I grew close in high school in our youth group and playing school baseball. He has seen me grow through the years and didn't hate me for what I used to be. We have a priceless relationship where we have always been able to relate and talk to each other through tough times because of our shared experiences. He moved a state away but we find time to catch up when we can. He's a great friend and a great brother in Christ. Everyone, meet Trey!

Michael Moore

Groomsman

Mike and I have known each other since just before Peyton and I started dating. I was the ambassador who walked him in on his first day of eighth grade at Oxford Middle School. We figured out we have the same birthday and we have been friends ever since. We stayed close through high school and when college came around he became one of the few people I stayed in touch with from that time. I was honored to be the first non-family member to meet his baby girl, a memory I'll never forget. Everyone, meet Michael!

Jesse King

Groomsman

The King! Jesse and I have shared so many memories in our four years of friendship we could write a memoir. We always hatch up very ambitious plans when we're together. We almost got into restoring a school bus to road trip in and by "almost", I mean brainstormed until we realized it was too expensive. I did end up taking a couple of road trips that gave me a life-long friend group that includes this man and his wife. I was honored to be one of his groomsmen and sing in his wedding ceremony and now, full circle, he is one of my groomsmen (I couldn't talk him into singing) Matching. Puppy. Sweaters... Nuff said. Everyone, meet Jesse!

Olajade Brown

Groomsman

Now, this is a tough friendship to summarize. I confuse people by introducing him as my brother often but it makes perfect sense when they see that he has been a close part of our family for a long time. We rarely spent a day without hanging out and spending time with our families after school. After high school, he joined the Air Force but nothing separates brothers. Since the beginning, our conversation has never lacked in laughs. We can always catch up like we never left. We have had our share of brotherly disputes but always come out of it for the better. It is hard to describe how much our relationship has shaped me into the man I am. He truly is my brother and we will always have each other's back even if we're a thousand miles apart. Everyone, meet Olajade!

Levi Camp

Ring Bearer

Wesley Ralph

Groomsman

Wesley and I's friendship is very fateful. If he hadn't ripped his pants at his first BCM event, we might have missed out on this brotherhood. He might have been the first home-schooled person I actually liked. Just kidding... maybe...... We share a love for music and other media that always leads to good, long conversations. Our friendship has led to some great adventures and we have both helped each other through some difficult situations. He has more integrity than his cargo shorts did and I pray fate will keep us from tearing apart. Everyone meet Wesley!

Jacob Shake

Groomsman

Shake is another example of a friend who is always there for me from the beginning. I remember that he was one of the first people to greet me at summer football workouts when we moved to Oxford, AL my 7th-grade year. His parents took me in like they didn't already have four boys. We were the two starting outside linebackers senior year and had matching scars on our chins. In college, his couch was my bed every time I'd come to Auburn to visit Peyton so we were able to stay close. Shake has always been a tough son of a gun and is heading into active duty with the Marine Corps. We have been through a lot of big moments in our lives together and this is the next big one. Everyone, meet Jacob Shake!
