Our story feels like one that was just meant to happen. Growing up in the same town, we had known of each other for years, crossing paths in familiar places and staying connected through social media. It only took one message to turn something familiar into something more, although to this day we still argue about who actually sent the first message. Tanner swears it was Nevaeh, and Nevaeh is convinced it was Tanner. What started with that first message quickly turned into long conversations, lots of laughs, and the realization that being together just felt easy. From the beginning, our relationship was built on friendship, fun, and feeling comfortable with each other. Over time, our lives blended together in the best ways. We created a home filled with laughter, cozy nights in, and two very loved cats, Chloe and Cora, who quickly became part of our little family. Whether we were spending time with friends, heading to the coast, or late night drives, we found joy in the simple moments and in building a life side by side. The coast has always been one of our favorite places, spending birthdays and random weekend trips. So it felt right that Cannon Beach became part of our story in a bigger way. With just the two of us there, Tanner asked Nevaeh to marry him. It was quiet, meaningful, and exactly our style. Now, we are excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most. What started with one message has grown into a life together, and we can’t wait to keep building our future side by side.
