Our story began in high school, where two worlds collided in the most unexpected way. We were both just getting to know who we were and figuring out where life would take us when fate had other plans. It all started spring break of 2016. Tanner added me on snapchat on the last day of school before break, unknown to me he had plan of how he would make the first move. After about 6 days of waiting on him to make the first move I went for it by "accidentally" snapchatting him and immediately saying "Oops wrong Tanner". We didn’t know it at the time, how one little snapchat could change our lives but I knew I had him hooked from that moment on. As we got to know each other, we quickly realized we shared more than just the same hallways; we had similar dreams, a love for our families, being active and involved in sports, a love for God, and a sense of humor that made every conversation feel effortless. In high school, it didn’t take long for us to fall for each other. Our friendship grew into something deeper, and before long, we realized we couldn’t imagine life without one another. From weekend hangouts, late nights after our sport games, we were inseparable, and soon, we were falling in love—young, full of hope, and with the kind of connection that only happens once in a lifetime. What started as two teenagers navigating the ups and downs of high school turned into a lifelong partnership that has stood the test of time. And while we’ve both grown since those early days, one thing has remained constant: the love we’ve shared, and the fact that we are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
