Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We can't wait to celebrate with our friends and family, including the kids! We have included recommendations for nearby activities for all ages.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking available at Lied Lodge which is within walking distance of both the ceremony and reception areas. There will also be a trolley shuttling our guests to and from the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. There will be a trolley shuttling guests from the main lodge to the ceremony area starting at 4:30 pm. Or, feel free to take the short 5-7 minute walk to the ceremony area. From Lied Lodge, follow the trail and signs for Woodland Grove. It's a beautiful walk!

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The trolley will begin shuttling guests to the reception at Steinhart Lodge immediately following the ceremony. The reception will start with a cocktail hour at 5:30 pm followed by dinner and dancing.
