Tanner is the youngest of three children born to Carolyn and the late Danny Mikesh. Tanner has a passion for welding and enjoys constructing BBQ pits in his spare time, He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and pretty much anything that involves working with his hands and being outside!

Madison is the daughter of David and Kathy Wood and the youngest of their two children. In her spare time, Madison enjoys hanging out with her horses, heifer, and restoring her 1949 ford pickup truck with her dad, grandpa, and soon to be husband.
Chase Mikesh

Chase is Tanner’s older brother. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and football. (His favorite team is the Broncos🐴🤮😊). Chase is very outgoing and would give you the shirt off his back!

Kaylee is Madison’s older sister. She has a big heart and a PASSION for animals! She works with animals and enjoys spending time with her horse, dogs, hamster, duck, snake and rabbit! She likes to train animals in her spare time.

Dave is and all around great guy, and one of Tanner’s best friends. They’re more like brothers. Dave and Tanner met in elementary school and practically grew up together. Dave is married to a gorgeous woman named Brandi and they are expecting there first child in November!

Allison is a free spirit and one of Madison’s best friends. More like a sister really. They met at Oceana stables when Ally was 7 and Madison was 8, and instantly became inseparable, especially at the barn where they shared the same love for horses.
Micheal Kroll

Mr. Kroll and tanner meet at Karnes city high school. Mr. Kroll was tanners agriculture teacher. They soon created a bond that lead to a friendship.
Caitlyn Mounce

Caitlyn is one of Madison’s best friends, also more like a sister. She’s hard working and determined. Caitlyn and Madison have been friends for 10+ years. Caitlyn and Madison also met at Oceana Stables and also share a love for horses!
Ronnie Carrasco

Ronnie and Tanner grew up together and have been friends since childhood. Ronnie also loves to hunt, fish and riding four wheelers.
Amber Schkade

Amber and Madison have been friends almost 5 years. They met through Madison’s sister, Kaylee. They quickly hit it off. They spent lots of time at iHop to catch up on each other, when life got busy. Amber is reliable, caring, and funny. Madison and Amber can go days without talking and always pick up right where they left off.

Cordero and Tanner met while they both worked for the City of Gonzales. They both worked hard and enjoyed running heavy equipment.

Cruz and Madison met through Tanner and quickly formed a friendship. Cruz is a kind and steady force, always willing to listen or offer her help whenever there is a need. She is the Mother of Jesse. Otherwise known as "JJ".

Jesse is the son of Cruz Barajas. His favorite food is chicken nuggets or pizza. He is full of energy, and LOVES dinosaurs 🦕 🦖

Kyleigh is Tanners' niece. She is a beautiful girl who enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her brothers outside, and talking to her Pawpaw in heaven.

"Z" is a very energetic boy. He is super sweet and loves to help his Dad fix things, grow things, and check on the goats. He will soon be an awesome Big Brother!

Bressa is Tanners' cousin. She is not only beautiful but, a smart girl who likes to play and have fun. She is outgoing and energetic.
David Wood
Father of the Bride
David is Madison’s father. He served 22 years in the Navy, has a passion for aircraft, and is a big Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He continues to work hard, and is one of Madisons' biggest supporters. He will always be her first love!
Kathy Wood
Mother of the Bride
Kathy is Madisons' Mother and her biggest fan! She provides a great example and role model as a wife and Mother. She gives advice, support and, encouragement. She has a heart of gold.
Danny Mikesh (1964-2017)
Father of the Groom
Danny is the father of tanner. We sadly lost Danny on February 1st of 2017. Tanner will always treasure the time he had and the memories he made with his dad as well as the passion they shared for welding. Danny was very influential in tanner becoming the man he is today.
Carolyn Mikesh
Mother of the Groom
Carolyn is Tanners' mother, and grandmother of Kyleigh. She taught Tanner about the moon and stars and how to be a gentleman.
Cody Mashburn

Cody and Tanner also became friends while working for the City of Gonzales. Cody is an easy going and down to earth guy. He enjoys BBQ's, playing washers, and is a great friend.
Micheal Cowey

Rev. Cowey has known the Mikesh family for over 40 years. He married Tanners' parents more than 30 years ago and it is an privilege to have him have as our officiant on our special day!
