Some love stories are loud and instant, but ours was the kind that quietly found its way back home no matter how much time passed. We met freshman year and fell for each other young. From the very beginning, being together felt easy- long facetime calls until neither of us wanted to hang up, late night drives, dinner dates, swimming for hours, and spending every second we could outdoors together. Somewhere between all the laughter and little moments, we became each other's favorite place to be. Life eventually pulled us into different directions, but even apart, we never truly left each other's lives. We always stayed connected, always finding our way back to conversations, memories, and the comfort we only seemed to find in one another. Then came the moment that changed everything- a sinkhole swimming trip and a love story reborn in the front seat of a truck. In the middle of muddy water, summer air, and familiar laughter, we realized the love we had never really disappeared. It was still there, waiting for us to find our way back to it. By senior year, we chose each other again- but this time with certainty. What started as young love grew into something steady, deep, and lasting. We built a home together, welcomed our beautiful child into the world, and created a life filled with love, adventure, chaos, laughter, and endless memories. Through every season of life, we've continued to grow side by side- best friends, soulmates, and partners in everything. Now, after all the years, all the memories, and all the way life brought us back to each other, we cannot wait to finally say "I do" and begin forever together.
