Question

Will there be any kids at the wedding?

Answer

There will not be any kids at the wedding. We love all your kiddos, but we want you to be able to let loose without having to worry about looking out for them!

Where will we be able to park?

Answer

Parking will be available at the lake nearby at the address 4769 Scottsville Rd, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119. You'll turn down what looks like a private drive (but we have permission to park there) that will open up to an asphalt lot in front of the lake. There will also be a sign at the end of the drive by the street pointing out where to turn. We will have a shuttle running guests from the parking area to the venue before the wedding every 15 minutes from 4:45-5:45pm. The shuttle will be about a 5-minute ride. We will also have the shuttle returning people to their cars starting around 9-9:30pm as the party winds down. If you don't think parking at the lake will work for you, reach out to Jenilyn or Tanner directly and we can work something out!

What should I wear?

Answer

It's going to be backyard BBQ vibes, but just kicked up a notch. Think about what you would usually wear to a wedding, then feel free to dial it back a little to be more comfortable than what you might normally be at a wedding. Tanner called it "wedding casual," so let's go with that!

Question

Will there be a bar? Do I need to bring cash to tip any bartenders?

Answer

No need to bring tips for bartenders because while there will be a bar, YOU will be your own bartender! We will have out beer, seltzers, wine, and bottles of liquor with some ice and cups and it will be a serve yourself situation. Just like you would normally at a BBQ, but we're providing the booze for you!
