What date do I need to RSVP by?

What's the dress code?

Please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire-- dancing shoes required!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 3:30-3:45 PM to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony beings at 4:00.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. You may park in the hotel or conference center parking lot. Overnight parking is permitted regardless of if you are staying at the hotel or not.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name" and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved hotel blocks at the Comfort Inn, where the wedding is being held. Please see our Travel Page for more information about booking your stay.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer (she's great) to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the night!

Is the Wedding outside?

Answer

With weather permitting, our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.
