We are absolutely thrilled to have kids at our wedding. Just make sure they are included in the RSVP so we can accommodate their meals.
Semi-formal/Cocktail attire
The ceremony is expected to be outside and being it is in the mountains, there is a potential for cold weather, including snow. Cocktail hour and the dinner/reception will all be indoors. Note that most people will be walking to the venue from their accommodation.
Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any allergies that we need to accommodate.
As we are looking at a destination wedding, we ask that guests provide RSVPs by December 1, 2027.
Since this is an international destination, it would be best to book accommodations and air travel sooner rather than later. Airfare is typically cheapest at least 6 months in advance.
We are so excited to spend our time with you in Whistler, even outside of our wedding. That time is more than enough for gifts.
We highly recommend everyone stay in Whistler or Blackcomb Village as you can walk to many restaurants, bars, activities, and the venue. If you are staying outside the villages, there are Ubers for towns nearby or paid public parking throughout the village. For those that may need assistance with walking, please let us know and we can accommodate a pick up for you.
As we are celebrating at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre, we are looking to provide a meal served family style to cherish traditions. A meat and fish option will be provided.
We are looking at having local beer and wine as well as spirits (including signature cocktails). As we look at exact options, you can expect to have drinks on us while at our wedding.
Please ask Jacqueline or Tanner and they can give you anything else you need to know.
