FAQs

Question

Do you have a traditional registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. For those who have asked about a registry, we’ve chosen to prioritize experiences and future plans over physical items. If you feel inclined to give, a contribution to Our Newlywed Fund on the Registry Page would be deeply appreciated.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Elevated cocktail: Attire blends the sophistication of formalwear with the ease of cocktail style. Guests are encouraged to dress in outfits such as elegant cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits or tailored blazers with dress shirts and ties for men. Think upscale, chic, and wedding-appropriate. Perfect for a stylish and celebratory evening.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at two separate locations in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, just a 10-minute walk from one another if you choose to stay in the area. We encourage guests to enjoy the walk or use a rideshare service for convenience. Full addresses and timing can be found on the Schedule page.

Question

What are we supposed to do for three hours until cocktail hour?

Answer

We understand that a three hour gap after the ceremony before cocktail hour is not the most ideal. However, this is a great time to enjoy the beautiful city of Santa Barbara! Please refer to the Things To Do page for ideas.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Absolutely fucking not.
