Where should I stay?

How should I get there?

Answer

The Hampton Inn kindly offers a complimentary shuttle service for the day of the wedding. The shuttle will make one trip to and from the venue. Ride share options are available.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family members in our wedding party. Infants under 12 months are welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline to do so?

Answer

Please only RSVP on our website! We kindly request all RSVP's are sent before March 20th! This is the last day before catering decisions need to be submitted so please understand that we can't accept any late responses.

What if I have any dietary requirements?

Answer

Dinner for the evening will be BBQ served buffet style. If you have any dietary restriction, please contact Hailie or Tanner and we will make sure your needs are met!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely! An open bar will be available immediately following the ceremony. Unfortunately, there is a strict "no hard liquor" rule with our venue, but rest assured, there will still be a variety of alcoholic beverages!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is garden formal, so please dress nicely for the occasion. For the ladies, this means dresses or dressy jumpsuits—feel free to bring some color! Gentlemen are asked to wear slacks with a blazer and a tie or bow tie. Since we’ll be outdoors, on grass, comfortable shoes are a must. We want everyone to enjoy the day while looking great. Can’t wait to see your outfits and celebrate together!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We want to create a special atmosphere during our ceremony, so we’ve decided to have an unplugged event. This means we kindly ask that you turn off your phones and cameras for the duration of the ceremony. We want you to be fully present with us as we exchange our vows and enjoy this moment together. Don’t worry—we’ll have a photographer capturing everything, and we’ll post the photos on our website for you to enjoy later. Thank you for your understanding and support!
