The hotel Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City at Briarcliff is located 10 minutes away from VIP Event Space.
There is a shuttle that can be used if reserved in advance to shuttle to the Wedding as well as back to the hotel. 
There is a fee for the shuttle but you can go in groups! It costs about $30.00 for up to 15 people.
You would need to make reservations through the hotel so that they can have a driver available.
