Hi everyone! First of all, we are SO thrilled to be planning our celebration with all of you. I just wanted to answer some questions you may have regarding our camp out wedding!
Question

What are we doing to make our wedding covid safe?

Answer

We are moving forward with our June 19th wedding date and working hard to plan a celebration that's covid safe. We do ask that our guests participate in wearing masks when in close proximity to others, such as on the dance floor and socializing at dinner tables (not while actively eating of course). Otherwise, we will be practicing social distancing. We will also have food stations set up with hand sanitizer and someone serving food to limit the amount of people touching the serving utensils. In addition, we will be using all compostable plates, cups and silverware for our dinner and drink service so everything can be disposed of rather than collected. We hope that by June almost all of our guests will be fully vaccinated, but no matter what we will still be taking all necessary precautions to protect us and the people we love. Thank you all so much for understanding and helping us make it a safe, fun celebration!

Question

What kind of food will we have?

Answer

For cocktail hour we will have some light snacks available while the wedding party is off taking photos. For dinner we will have a burger bar where you will be able to build your own burgers, with the options of a beef patty or a Beyond Meat patty. Please let us know if you would like a Beyond patty so we can make sure to order enough. As well as burgers we will have salad, mac and cheese and roasted red cajun potatoes as sides. If you are staying the night, we will also have some late night fresh made tamales made by our Maid of Honor's family, who own a restaurant in La Pine, Oregon!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

At this time, we are limiting our guest list for covid safety. Please check with either Tanner or myself before bringing an extra person. Of course we want to have everyone there, but we have to be cautious of our guest count. Please text Azalea (503)710-5768 or Tanner (360)561-8488 if you have an extra guest you'd like to bring!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to ask our guests to leave the younger kiddo's at home. If this is a problem please let Azalea know directly and we can work something out!
