Where are wedding events taking place?

Answer

To ensure everyone has a chance to be together, connect with nature, and relax, we are excited for our guests to stay onsite at Terramor, which is also the venue where the wedding will take place. We highly recommend completing this form sooner rather than later (https://forms.gle/3qtzJp5FwtSrniar7) to reserve your prioritized tent type. Once you complete the form, Terramor will reach out to you directly for billing information.

When is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on Friday and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. If you would like to check-in earlier or leave later, please reach out to Terramor and they will try to accommodate your request as best they can.

What's included in my tent?

- Electricity & WiFi - Towels and Linen - Local Pour-Over Coffee - Electric Kettle - Wine Glasses & Wine Opener - Portable Heater - Wool Blankets - Portable Cooler - Noise Machine - Lantern - Deluxe Bathroom Care Items Additionally, all tents except the Alder come with a shower and ensuite bathroom.

What happens if a tent I reserve is already booked out?

Answer

If a tent you select is no longer available, we will be in touch with alternative tent options (note, we anticipate the 2 person tent options will get reserved quickly but fortunately there is not a significant cost variance between some of the 5 person tent options that couples can choose instead).

What's the best option for traveling to Terramor/Bar Harbor?

Answer

If you enjoy a good roadtrip, there is parking onsite. If you are a flyer, you can fly into Bangor International Airport (BGR). From the airport, it's about a 50 minute drive to Bar Harbor.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We want all of our guests to have a fun, relaxing, and well-deserved getaway, so we have chosen to make the wedding an adults-only celebration. However, we love your little ones and invite you to bring them for the weekend if you want to make it a family trip. Please make childcare arrangements for during the wedding ceremony and reception. Extra tents will be available if you want to arrange for a babysitter, friend, parents, etc. to come along and watch the kiddos.
