Wedding Weekend Campout Extravaganza

Mike and I would like to welcome our guests to camp at the wedding venue from Thursday to Sunday morning. Mobile showers and bathrooms will be provided on site. We understand that not everyone will be inclined to camp. If you would be more comfortable, there are a variety of local hotels and airbnb’s nearby. Please see the travel page for more information. We will be emailing a survey to everyone to gauge your interest in on-site camping. Traveling from afar? We have space available for campers, and we're excited to help make your stay comfortable. Whether you want to rent a camper or need assistance with camping gear like tents, sleeping bags, and pads, we're here to ensure you have everything you need for a memorable overnight experience. There are local camping gear rental companies available. Stay tuned for further information.
Yard Games & BBQ
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Athletic clothing is recommended for the more physical yard games, especially slip and slide kickball. Bring a bathing suit, comfortable shoes, change of clothes, and towel (bathrooms and showers will be provided on site). Prefer a more relaxed vibe? Sundresses and Hawaiian shirts are welcome too!
We are happy to grill burgers, hot dogs, and pick up snacks for everyone. We just ask that you bring cash or venmo to pitch in for food. Disco Barn Party
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us in a restored barn for a 70s-inspired welcome party that'll kick off the wedding weekend in style! We encourage playful, retro attire—think jumpsuits, bell bottoms, and fun accessories! Pro tip: Pair your disco outfit with comfortable shoes, as our dance floor is surrounded by gravel. When the evening cools down, you'll want to bring a jacket. Get ready to groove to funky beats, meet fellow wedding guests, and set the tone for an unforgettable weekend! We ask that you bring your own beverages. We will have refrigerators and coolers available for use.

Meet & Greet

Rustic Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, stylish jumpsuits, button-downs with linen pants, or elevated jeans. Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable.
If you are unable to make it into town on Thursday this is another chance to mingle with all of Tanner and Mike’s family and friends! We’ll have a selection of beer and wine available for folks to enjoy. If you’d like to bring a few extras to ensure we’re well-stocked, please feel free to do so!

Pre-ceremony refreshments will be served. The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. Please arrive on time. :)
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button down shirts and slacks. Don't forget your fun hat and boots!! Women might opt for a knee-length or full-length in floral prints or earthy tones, paired with cowboy boots or ankle boots for a touch of country charm. Men can go for a button-down shirt with slacks or chinos, adding a blazer or vest for a polished look. To enhance the rustic vibe, consider accessorizing with a wide-brimmed hat or a bolo tie. We’ll be highlighting hats in the evening, so we encourage you to bring one if you can!
