As most of you already know, Brian and Tannar went to high school together. They even went to his senior prom. He gave her a corsage with a pearl bracelet attached that could be kept and reused. Throughout the years, she kept the bracelet and still has it to this day. He liked her, but she just wanted to be friends. They have stayed friends over the years and talked every now and then. He says he always knew there was something special about her. He even kept their prom picture on his dresser in his childhood bedroom. It was still there when they got together. In September of 2024, Tannar felt God tell her that a relationship was coming. 10 years after high school, they reconnected in February of 2025. So, by the time they went out, she already liked him as more than a friend. That date was 5 and a half hours long, and they talked on the phone for another 3 hours the next day (when he told her he hates phone calls!). After that, they couldn’t spend more than two days apart without seeing each other. A week into dating, Tannar heard God tell her “this is your future husband”.
