Albany is our closest airport - 45 minute drive over to Schoharie County.
Train
If you are flying into NYC, you can either rent a car and drive up or take the train to Albany-Rensselear and rent a car in Albany. So many lovely things to see along the way either way!

This is the closest hotel to us, and the primary location for the shuttle pickup on the wedding day. We recommend booking ASAP!

The primary shuttle will be running back and forth between the Ramada Inn in Cobleskill and up to the property starting at 2pm on 9/26/26. Trips back down the hill will be available at 8pm as needed. Shuttle Vans in different loops will be organized to reach guests staying at vacation rentals.

For those wanting to spend a weekend in the trees, this is a camping style stay, with really incredible food to boot.

There are various vacation rentals (AirBnb, VRBO, etc) options around, especially if you want to group together with anyone. We will do our best to send a shuttle to your location! Try and stay as close to Warnerville, NY as possible. Google maps now has an option to search for vacation rentals. We have never used any of these rentals and can't speak from experience but feel free to call Tanja and she can weigh in on location at the very least. This area is really beautiful so if you want a mountain home for the weekend this is the way to go. Happy booking!
