To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 1, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify the bride at 520-332-3549.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat.
Yes! There is a large parking lot available and a golf cart will transport everyone up to the entrance of the ceremony.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.
A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception.
The dress code is semi-formal. For women, think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates. We respectfully ask that you avoid wearing white. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and a collared shirt is perfect, ties are optional. Dress to feel comfortable and festive, but no need for tuxedos or floor-length gowns.
We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras during our ceremony. Please be present with us in the moment and allow our photographer and videographer to capture every special shot without obstruction. Thank you for your love and understanding! During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to capture as many memories as you’d like! We can’t wait to see all your photos!
Yes, there will be an open bar! We just ask that everyone plans ahead. Please have a designated driver or drink responsibly so we can all celebrate safely.
Yes, guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight if needed. You’ll be able to pick your vehicle up the next morning without any issues, and there is no charge for this. As a courtesy to the venue and any wedding parties with events the following day, please plan to pick up your vehicle no later than 11am.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we will have a gift table and a wedding card box will be at our reception.
