Horseshoe Bay Resort is just a little over an hour from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), and a beautiful drive into the Hill Country. If you’re flying in, we recommend renting a car at the airport so you have flexibility once you’re out at the resort- Uber and Lyft are available, but can be pretty limited in the area. The resort address is: Horseshoe Bay Resort 200 Hi Cir N, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657
Please RSVP by February 16th, 2026.
Yes! We kindly ask guests to dress in formal or black-tie optional attire. For men, suits or lightweight tuxes are perfect, and for women, we encourage maxi dresses. See link below for some inspiration! No white dresses, jeans/denim pants, shorts, or flip flops. Since the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and the weather is likely to be warm, we suggest choosing breathable fabrics (like linen, silk, or cotton blends) and lighter colors to stay cool and comfortable. Yes! All of our events, including the ceremony and reception, will be held outdoors at the resort. Please keep this in mind when planning your footwear and outfits (block heels or wedges are encouraged).
May is one of the most beautiful times of year in the Texas Hill Country! Expect sunny skies, warm temps, and a lovely breeze off the lake. Highs are usually in the 80s, with cooler mornings and evenings.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Please plan to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early to settle in and find your seat.
Our ceremony and reception will take place just a short distance from the main hotel on Falls Point Lawn. We’ll have a shuttle available to take guests to and from the ceremony site starting at 4:30pm, but you’re also more than welcome to walk or drive if you'd prefer a bit more flexibility.
We love your little ones and significant others; however, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation/listed on the website when you RSVP join us for the event. We appreciate your understanding, as we have limited space available.
