If your invitation says "AND GUEST," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes. We love kids, and don't mind if they attend. However, if you feel like you need a night off, then use our day as your excuse :) If you do not plan on bringing your child, please make it known when filling out your reservation. We need to be as accurate as possible with numbers.
This event is formal, however we would like everyone to be as comfortable as possible.
