FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guest that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by May 1st using the RSVP tab on our wedding website. To ensure that all our guests are accommodated perfectly on our special day, we need to provide a final head count to our vendors by this date. Your timely response will greatly assist us in making the necessary arrangements. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Beach Chic Attire Dress in comfortable and stylish beach attire. Men can wear linen pants and short-sleeved button-down shirts, with loafers while women can opt for maxi dresses and sandals. Enjoy the celebration by the sparkling shores!

Question

Are payment plans available for the room block?

Answer

Yes! You can structure your payments in one of 3 ways after making a deposit: - Let the balance charge automatically on the balance due date. - Set up a monthly auto draft by emailing groups@barefootbridal.com. - Make payments on your own schedule at any time with the "Make a Payment" button below.

Question

How early can I arrive at the resort?

Answer

We will be there as early as Tuesday, September 24, if you would like to come early!

Question

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, we will regrettably mark you as "not attending." The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors in a timely manner. We hope you understand, and we will miss you celebrating with us!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
